Calzaturificio Arktè was established under the name Calzaturificio Gino Ferrario in 1983, in the shoe district of Parabiago, in the province of Milan.

1996.

In 1996, the shoe factory was taken over by Giuliano Tognati and Roberto Fantuz, then employees of the shoe factory. They later renamed it Calzaturificio Arktè.

The top management consists of the two partners, who have divided up the tasks precisely according to their competencies. The modelling and production part is managed by Giuliano Tognati, while the administration and operations part is managed by Roberto Fantuz.
